2. Order Process: Customers must provide clear instructions and specifications for their personalized goods order. Eternal Hiba will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies in the final product if the customer provided incorrect information.

3. Lead Time: The lead time for personalized goods will vary depending on the complexity of the customisation and the current demand for personalised goods. The customer will be informed of the lead time when placing their order.

4. Payment: Payment for personalised goods must be made in full prior to the start of production.

5. Refunds and Returns: Personalised goods are non-refundable and non-returnable. If a mistake was made by Eternal Hiba, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

6. Changes to Order: Any changes to the order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes made after this time may result in additional fees or production delays.

7. Copyright: The customer must have the necessary rights and permissions to use any logos, images, or designs included in their personalised goods order. Eternal Hiba will not be held liable for any infringement of intellectual property rights.

8. Limitation of Liability: Eternal Hiba will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the sale of personalised goods.

9. Governing Law: This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
